Manufacturing is carried out in 5 departments:
1. the department for production of whole milk products is completed with the modern equipment, allowing to produce a wide range of cultured milk products, sour cream, cream, and pasteurized milk. The milk used for these products is of high quality and with a high degree of purification in modern milk-purifiers. Along with pasteurizer - cooling installations of leading brands, in the plant also functions the new equipment: homogenizer, automatic machines for bottling products in cardboard packaging and in polyethylene film. The modern equipment allows to produce milk, cream, cultured milk beverages and sour cream in packagings of various weight.
2. The butter and spreads production department (which is equipped with performant technical equipment and has modern technological methods of production) allows the company to take a leading position in the industry in terms of output and quality of production. Furthermore, the department has two production lines of butter and spreads, which makes it possible to produce butter in the process of continuous cream churning and by conversion of high fat cream. Here in this plant the products are packaged into blocks of 20 kg and briquettes of 200g with the help of filling devices. In this plant there is a unit, in which “Armonie” cheese of several kinds in polystyrene cups with a mass of 100 g, soldered with aluminum covers is produced.
3. The next one, is cottage cheese and curd products' production department. It has curd cheese making tanks with a total capacity of 24 tons of mixture. The department is fitted with a wide range of processing equipment, as for example: filtering boilers, curd stirrers, cheese presses, crusher for fruit fillers, colloidal mill, a division for curd products packing in the parchment as well as in polystyrene cups. The gem of the department is the processing line of candied curd cakes, which enables to produce more than 15 types of high-quality candied curd cakes in 3 different lines.
4. The department of skimmed milk powder and condensed milk has modern production equipment, for instance: vacuum evaporators, Czech-made spray dryers, vacuum crystallizer, as well as containers for dairy raw materials storage and cooling installations for milk.
5. One of the most important departments is that of ice-cream production and it comprises several sections:
* section for preparing and processing of mixture for ice cream;
* section of ice-cream production and packaging which comprises 2 sites;
* section for waffle cups baking;
* section for preparation of fruit fillers and toppings.

It should be mentioned, that the department is equipped with high-performance equipment of both: classical and new models, these are: tanks for raw materials and mixtures with a capacity from 2.5 to 10 tons, plate pasteurizer, homogenizor with a capacity of 20 tons of mixture per hour, plate cooler, filtering boilers, freezers for ice cream.
Moreover, there are lines in the plant for the ice-cream production and packaging, these allow to produce a wide range of ice cream for every taste, as well as in every possible sort of packaging.
Another achievement of the enterprise is the fact that in 2011 the company has given special priority to the ice cream manufacturing process. In this order, there have been installed high-productive manufacturing lines in total sum of more than 1 mln. euros. As a result, ice cream production and packaging lines in blocks are modernised, these are focused on the production of traditional ice cream "Eskimo" and fruit ice. Italian extrusion line for ice-cream production is completed with a fruit filler and a dispenser for two-color mix. Within this very line, ice cream not only of different colors, but also of original configurations is produced. Two of the processing lines are intended for manufacturing of ice cream in wafer cups and family-pack ice cream, and one for production of ice cream in wafer cones and ice cream rolls. Processing lines are equiped with german freon compressor units. In order to apply glaze on the ice cream in a waffle cup, an installation is attached to these lines. The new Italian line, allows to produce ice cream in sugar cones and rolls which received a wide popularity among customers.
