The joint-stock company “Incomlac” is the 1st enterprise that has organized units for milk reception from the population. Today the source of raw materials comprises 210 units that are specially equipped for reception, cooling and examination of milk quality.
Milk reception units are situated in 14 districts in the rural area of northern Moldova. The raw materials are also purchased from 13 agricultural sectors and 6 economic agents that are specialized in the given domain.
The high quality of dairy products is directly determined by the raw material, and namely by the raw milk quality, conditions of milk collection, storage and delivery to the dairy processing plant.
