Since ancient times, milk has a particular role in nutrition, serving as food, medicine and basis for preparing a wide range of products. Throughout centuries, people tried to keep milk in its natural state, and to preserve almost completely its useful properties. Modern technologies of milk production, such as pasteurization, allow to preserve those useful properties, for which it is so highly appreciated.

Expanding the range of produced butter, JSC “Incomlac” let out a new one, and namely Krestyanskoye salted butter, which was done according to old traditions. In order to reach a delicious taste, our specialists used only high quality cream with a fat mass fraction not less than 71.5%.
