2016-08-04 Snack - cottage cheese with vegetables
Cottage cheese - 100 gr.
Carrots - ½ pcs.
Cucumber - 1/3 pcs.
Chinese salad - 10 gr.
Vegetable oil - three tablespoons
Wine vinegar - one tablespoon
Sunflower seeds - 20 gr.
Red pepper powder
Method of preparation:
Cut cucumbers in slices and salad.
Boil the carrots, peel and cut them.
In order to prepare the sauce, mix wine vinegar with salt and pepper, add vegetable oil and chopped parsley.
Make small balls from cottage cheese, sprinkle them with peeled sunflower seeds.
Put the vegetables on a plate and pour sauce on them, add cottage cheese balls.
