2015-03-25 Cottage cheese casserole with berry syrup

Ingredients : 
Cottage Cheese 500 g
Sour cream 3 tablespoons
Egg 1 piece
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Raisins 100 g
Semolina-2 tablespoons
Vanilla to taste
Berry syrup - 1 glass

1. In minced curd put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, egg beaten with sugar, semolina, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, vanilla.
2. All this mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon, add the peeled and washed raisins.
3. Then put the curd mixture out onto a greased and sprinkled with crushed crackers pan, smooth the surface, spread sour cream, drizzle with oil and bake in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes. The casserole is served hot with syrup or sour cream.
