2014-09-05 Milk soup with mushrooms

1 liter of milk and 1 l of water
8-10 fresh mushrooms
6 potatoes
1 onion
3 tbsp. of butter
salt
1 tbsp. of chopped parsley and dill.
Slice the mushrooms and fry them with chopped onion in butter. Cut potatoes semi-round, put them in a pot of boiling water and cook until soft. Then add the sautéed mushrooms, cook 10-12 minutes, pour hot boiled milk, salt,. bring to a boil and remove from heat.
When serving soup fill it with the chopped herbs.
