2014-01-23 Cheesecake with tangerines
Ingredients
Flour 220g
curd (for dough + for filling) 150 g + 500 g
vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
chicken eggs (for dough + for filling) 1 pc. 3 pc.
sugar (for dough + for stuffing) 2 tbsp. + 100 g
baking powder 10g.
tangerines 500g.
butter 100g
lemon 1pc
150g sour cream
1. For preparing quark dough we need: to rub the egg (1 pc.) with sugar (2 tablespoons), add vegetable oil (4 tablespoons) and curd (150 g), mix well with a mixer. Then add the sifted flour with baking powder (5 g) and knead the dough.
2. Put the dough in a baking dish, laid by foil. Form ledges and put into the fridge for a while, until the filling is prepared.
3. Peel tangerines.
4. Divide tangerines into slices and cut into pieces. Leave some pieces for cake decoration.
5. Beat the eggs with a mixer (3 pcs.), Add sugar (100 g), again beat well.
6. Then add dried peel (1 tsp) and lemon juice (1 tablespoon). Again, beat with a mixer.
7. Next, add the melted butter (100 g), sour cream (150 g), curd (500 g, pre-mashed with a fork), and baking powder (5 g). Mix well with a mixer, for 2-3 minutes. Stir with a spoon sliced tangerines and pour the filling in the form with the dough. Decorate with slices of tangerine.
8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, about 50-60 minutes. Remove from the mold, allow to cool.
9. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
