2013-04-22 Salad with cottage cheese

Ingredients:
cottage cheese — 150g;
sugar beet — 300g;
dill – 50g;
parsley – 50g;
grinded walnuts – 50g;
mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp;
1 onion;
boiled eggs – 2;
salt and cumin;

Preparation:

Wash the beet and boil it to readiness. Peel and rub it on medium grater. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Chop parsley and dill. Cut eggs into small cubes. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, onion, walnuts and fresh greenery. Add salt and cumin. Mix thoroughly.
Arrange the beet on a dish, pour with half of the mayonnaise and cover with mixed products. Then pour the salad with the second half of mayonnaise and garnish it with parsley and dill.
