2013-04-22 Easter cake with cottage cheese

Ingredients:
for dough:
4 eggs;
sugar — 1 glass;
starch - 1 glass;
flour – 1 glass;
soda - 1/2 tsp.;
butter- 200g;
raisin – 1 glass;

for the glaze:

Powdered sugar - 1 glass;
1 egg albumen;
juice of 1 lemon;
starch - 2 tbsp.;

Preparation:

Pound cottage cheese with eggs and sugar. Pour the starch, stir, add the melted butter and knead the mass thoroughly again. Mix flour with baking soda, add it into the dough, stir, add the raisins. Place the dough into molds, greased with butter to 2/3 of the volume and bake it at 200 ' for 40-50 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar with egg albumen, add lemon juice, starch and whip again.
When the cake is ready, grease it with prepared glaze!
