JLC joint-stock company is one of the biggest and the most efficient dairy plants from the Republic of Moldova.
Today our plant is proud of being a diversified company with highly qualified staff.
The JSC «Incomlac» is situated in the North of the country, namely in the industrial part of Baltzi city. The enterprise has spur tracks with a hard surface and a felicitous location. There is a distance of 0,5 km from the plant to the branch line; of 280 km to the seaport of Odessa city; of 6 km to the international motorway.
The production basis of the plant is:
the whole milk production department;
the cottage cheese production department;
the butter production department;
the ice cream production department;
the powdered milk and the condensed milk production department;
refrigerating chambers: +6 °C, with an area of 432 m²;
low refrigerating chambers: from -5 °C to -25 °C, with an area of 1814 m².
The enterprise has achieved a large scale of activity. It is confirmed by the fact that in the last years over 45 thousand tons of milk have been produced annually and over 100 trade names have been turned out.
The high quality of JSC's work has been proved many times within the bounds of different exhibitions and contests.
JSC «Incomlac» has won five times the State Prize of the Republic of Moldova in the field of production quality and competitiveness: it has been rewarded three times with diploma of the third degree and two times — of the first degree.
The enterprise has also been awarded by the European Convention with the Diploma for High Achievements for excellent production's quality (Madrid, Spain).
For a long time JSC «Incomlac» has participated in Republican competitions organised by the «National Institute of Standardization and Metrology of the Republic of Moldova». Here the quality of ice cream and butter produced by the enterprise is highly appreciated.
Within the bounds of the Republican exhibition «Moldexpo» the traditional classical kefir has been awarded with the diploma for quality.
The JSC «Incomlac» has been the winner of «The National Trademark» contest organised by the newspaper «Komsomoliskaia pravda».
Another important accomplishment is the gold medal award for the spread «Deosebit» («Special») and the silver medal award for the sweet butter «Magnifico» within the framework of «Molochnyi uspeh» («Success of the dairy products») held by the Moscow forum «Molochnaya industriya» («Dairy products industry»).
Although the enterprise has got numerous awards, it doesn't stop making progress. In 2011 the JSC's «Incomlac» department of ice cream production was modernized.
There have been installed high-productive manufacturing lines. Two of them are destined for manufacturing ice cream in wafer cups and family-pack ice cream; one for producing ice cream in wafer sugar cones and ice cream Swiss rolls. The investment totals more than 1 mln Euros.
Thanks to the new equipment, the range of goods has been expanded and the quality of ice cream in wafer cups has been improved, e.g.: «Plombir», «Ceardaş», «Super Original», «Joc», «Метелица» («Metelitza») and «Олександрия» («Alexandria»), destined for Moldovan and Ukrainian market.
It is worth paying special attention to the premium full-cream ice «Super Original». It is produced as 80g choc-ice and 70g ice cream in wafer cups, filled with «chocolate topping» and «Baileys liqueur». Delicious chocolate coating covers the ice cream blocks and the superior part of the ice cream «Super Original» in wafer cups.
A wonderful novelty of the enterprise is the production of ice cream in wafer cones: «Cornuleţ» — a 60g vanilla ice cream with jam filling; «Cornellito» - a 70g vanilla ice cream, which contains strawberry, condensed milk or caramel filling. A chocolate cap covered with one of the fillings mentioned above decorates the superior part of the ice cream «Cornellito». The JSC «Incomlac» also produces other new kinds of ice cream: «Duelle» and «Duet», in a plastic packaging, that ,in its turn, is packed up in original colourful boxes. There are three ice cream flavours: vanilla and strawberry, vanilla and chocolate, vanilla and pistachio ice cream.
Another important fact is that JSC «Incomlac» achieved the record quantity of daily production of ice cream in May, 2012, namely 38,8 tons in twenty four hours. It was possible to obtain such high results due to the modernized equipment and staff's hard work in three shifts.
The company's personnel consists of 930 employees, 500 of which are engaged in production sector, 260 people — in commercial sector and 170 people collect raw material.
